Events Newrust is a brand new company based in Cornwall dedicated to the promotion and production of music and performance of unsigned bands...

The ‘Meltdown’ Mini-Fest at the Princess Pavilion, Falmouth on Thursday 28 April is the first of what is hoped will be many hardcore rock nights and features 3 bands.

So get down to the Gig and Mosh to the onslaught that is Headwound, 13th floor & Dead Without Issue.

8pm Tickets £6: 01326 211222.

Format: 4-piece Cornish based Metallers.
Style: Bone- crushing riffage!
Form: Fresh from supporting GWAR at the Bierkeller, Bristol.
Current: Ep ‘Disgrace To The Music Industry’ - Also expect a couple of new tracks from the new release due later in the year.

13th Floor
Format: Home grown cast iron heavy rock rif misters who’s influences start in the 60’s - and it hasn’t ended yet.
Form: The present line-up has been going for about a year and has many years playing experience to draw from. Band members; Kimberley Drums/Vocals, Steve Guitar/Vocals and Brian Bass/Vocals.
Current: New album ‘Mind Stalker’ will be on sale at any day now so check it out.

Dead Without Issue
Format: Four piece adrenalin fuelled hardcore metal band who come to life on stage by feeding off the pure energy of the crowd and in return release an assault of riffage and onslaught.
Form: The band formed last July from four established musicians wanting to write and perform music together!! With Phil/Bass, Drew/Guitar, Liam/Drums & Sam/Vocal Duties.
Current: Formed the band with more than the aim of only playing a few gigs in local venues. At the first gig people were being turned away due to a full capacity crowd! By the eighth gig they’d played the Camden underworld with a third mention in Kerrang and more gigs booked!
