Reviews Tim Chapple from the local record label Top of the Hill based near Hayle in Cornwall had some excellent comments regarding the newly released CD from Local Launceston based Band Freedom Falls, after a copy was sent to him...

The album is a ten track CD called "Finding Me" and his comments were as follows:

"I don't know how long these people have been playing, but the standard is very high, Shades of Pearl Jam/Chilli Peppers in there"

also "Great tight playing with some interesting accents and excellent production"

and "All in all this is the best Rock stuff we've had in for a hell of a long time, and it's great to know that there are still people of this calibre out there".

All I can say is Thankyou to Tim Chapple for his kind and constructive comments, the band are currently practising some new material and have a new bass player joining them soon, next year they will be on the road and promoting their album, and have plans to record another one.

If you like good solid Rock music please come and see the band next year, they are extremely good. If you want more information about the CD please contact -, thanks for reading this article and don't forget to support local bands playing live music.
